Hey there and welcome to Liberty 61! I'm Ana, and this is my husband, Sebastian. We're a small-town duo with a big vision: to adorn your wardrobes with quality basics that become your "everyday armor"! We believe that clothing can be a powerful tool to spark meaningful conversations and create connections, opening doors to spiritual transformation. Our mission goes beyond just selling clothing. It's about fostering a community where individuals feel comfortable exploring their faith and connecting with like-minded people—a place for authentic conversations and sharing stories of encountering Jesus. By combining my passion for fashion with our commitment to sharing the love of Jesus, we aspire to inspire individuals to seek Salvation, discover purpose, and find comfort in their faith. Through clothing, we aim to plant seeds of hope and contribute to the global mission of spreading God's love to all corners of the world.
The Journey
After seven years in the wholesale fashion industry, I found my once fulfilling career now felt stale, as if I had passed my "used by date." I stood at a cross roads: to stay and manufacture passion or embrace what I felt the Lord was saying, 'To let go of the old and embrace the new.' But what did that actually meant? I remember praying, "Lord, if the grace has lifted from my current role and you are encouraging me to step into something new, when I share what's on my heart with my husband, he will support me". To be honest, I thought he was going to say, you've lost the plot! But to my upmost surprise, his response was, 'Babe, go for it.' So, I took a leap of faith and handed in my resignation. Little did I know, the next year would completely reshape my life. Shortly after leaving my job, we received the heartbreaking news that my mother-in-law had been diagnosed with cancer. I vividly remember her call; I was on the beach, it was a scorching hot day, and she was understandably distraught. I consoled her, reiterating that all would be well, and that the Lord had her in His care. She didn't want to face this battle alone, and I promised her she wouldn't have to. I moved in to support her throughout the treatments, and during that time, Lidia's and my relationship with the Lord deepened as we depended on Him for peace and strength.
On June 26th, 2023, Lidia went home to be with the Lord. Although we'll never know why she was taken so early, we know the Lord was with her, protecting her. She didn't experience any side effects through her treatment or pain which even surprised the doctors! Lidia experienced a deep sense of freedom, peace, and Salvation which ignited in me a desire to share the message of hope liberty and Salvation. My prayer is for everyone to experience the love of God and the peace that comes when you invite Him into your life, regardless of your circumstances. My heart is set on letting everyone know they're part of God's kingdom, with Heaven as our ultimate destination, and Jesus as the door.
So here I am, combining my passion for fashion with the commitment to sharing the love of Jesus, hoping to encourage others to seek salvation, discover purpose, and find comfort in faith.

Our Inspiration
At Liberty 61, we draw our inspiration from Isaiah 61, celebrating 'The Year of the Lord's Favor' and the biblical concept of the Jubilee year—a time of divine blessing, restoration, and renewal. This scripture has been a guiding light in our personal faith journey, reminding us of God's promise to rebuild and renew. In this spirit, our collection is designed to be more than mere clothing; each piece is infused with the hope and grace of the Jubilee, intended to uplift and inspire those who wear them.
